How the court handles your information

Information we collect

When you preregister, request a booking, or express interest in work, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, contact information, social handle, performance details, event details, availability, and messages. Our hosting providers may also process standard technical information needed to operate and protect the website.

How we use it

We use submitted information to administer competitions, contact entrants, answer booking inquiries, evaluate employment interest, operate the Commissioner's Ledger, protect the service, and send announcements only when you choose to receive them.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that host or operate the website, with an event venue when reasonably necessary to administer an event, or when required by law, safety, or fraud-prevention needs.

Retention and security

We keep records only as long as reasonably useful for the purposes described above, legal obligations, event history, or legitimate business records. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw from promotional email. Some records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, safety, or dispute purposes.
