Terms of the Royal Court

Website use

This website provides information and allows visitors to submit preregistrations, booking inquiries, and employment interest. Do not submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, or use its content to impersonate or misrepresent KQK.

No guaranteed entry, booking, or employment

A form submission is not a confirmed competition entry, reservation, booking contract, job offer, or guarantee of selection. A performer submission made through the official website by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the Monday immediately preceding the selected Tuesday event reserves the advertised $5-per-performer Website Royal Rate for that event. A submission received after the cutoff automatically moves to the following Tuesday. The rate is verified against the Commissioner's Ledger and is not transferable to another performer or event. Competition entry still requires timely onsite check-in, social-follow and eligibility confirmation, and onsite payment or a qualifying venue ticket. Bookings and work assignments require separate written confirmation.

Events and prizes

Events are subject to venue capacity, scheduling, safety requirements, eligibility verification, and the official competition rules. Reasonable changes may be made for attendance, timing, technical conditions, safety, venue direction, or circumstances beyond KQK's control.

Intellectual property

The Kings & Queens of Karaoke℠ name, logo, graphics, text, videos, competition presentation, venue package, and related materials belong to Scorpion's Lair Productions or its licensors. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, distribute, or present the package as your own.

Third-party services

Links and references to Instagram, KaraFun, venues, and other third parties are provided for convenience or event operation. Those parties control their own services. KaraFun is not affiliated with, sponsoring, or producing The Kings & Queens of Karaoke unless expressly stated otherwise.

General disclaimer

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Scorpion's Lair Productions is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on the site, third-party services, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
